We will provide you with a "Home Owners Manual", in the event that you experience a service issue with your new home. Simply email your concern to our Randall Homes service department. Upon receiving your request, our service representative will make the necessary arrangements as outlined in your manual to correct the issue.
Items covered under manufacturer or supplier warranties are not specifically covered by Randall Homes. However, during the first year we will assist you in obtaining service if you are unable to do so directly with your supplier or manufacturer.
